This hotel is great value for money, providing comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and amazing air conditioning. The staff are fantastic, always going above and beyond to assist guests. The location is perfect, situated in a very calm area, just a short walk from a beautiful beach. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of choices served directly to your bungalow.

One small area for improvement could be the bedding, as it could be more comfortable for a good night's sleep.

The hotel had a great location close to beautiful beaches where I saw some awesome sunsets. Staff were friendly and the pool was very clean.

There were some issues with water pressure in the shower, which required staff assistance.

Great bungalow with a comfortable double bed and lovely private pool to swim. the staff is friendly and welcoming, always there to help you with anything you need. the location is perfect, it's just a short walk to the beach and there are plenty of beach bars all along the coast. It's also really close to the best local restaurant, just around the corner, with delicious Indonesian dishes. Lastly, the breakfast is definitely one of the best aspects with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel on Gili Air. the location is perfect for a peaceful getaway - it's situated in a very calm area away from the busy parts of the island. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything I needed. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I required, including a mosquito net which was a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast provided was simple but tasty, and it filled me up for the day ahead.

The hotel was quite isolated, which made it hard to find places to eat nearby. The staff were not very helpful when it came to recommending restaurants in the area.
